Ordering with EPIONES

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept bank debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal. We do not currently offer the option of split payment methods between these two. Distributes can, however, use store credit in conjunction with one of the two above-mentioned options.

Are all purchases made in USD?

Yes! All purchases made through Epiones-affiliated stores are reflected in US Dollars only.

How do I change or cancel an order?

We strive to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Due to this reason, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations to an order can be made after the order has been received.

If changes are requested, we want to try to help as soon as our office doors open! Please reach out to our Customer Experience Department and a representative would be more than happy to assist you in this matter. We simply require to know the following:

  • The order ID number in reference
  • The customer's registered email address
  • A detailed description of the changes that need to be made

If the requester cannot verify the billing information or account information associated with the order, we reserve the right to deny the request of an order cancellation due to privacy concerns.

Products arrived either missing, damaged, or incorrect. What do I do?

Please email us your order ID number and a description of what’s wrong with the order.


Be sure to attach the following requested photos:

  • A photo of the outer packaging
  • A clear photo of the unused product and a legible photo product’s facial label
  • A legible photo of the packing slip that was received

All information can be submitted to hello@epiones.com for review. We accept attachment files in .jpg, .png, or .pdf formatting only; 3rd party image hosting links will not be accepted. Once we've received this information, a Customer Experience Representative will be in touch with you with further instructions and/or details!


Please refrain from using or distributing products until the claims team has closed/resolved the claims case. 

When will my order ship?

We strive to ship out orders from our southern California facilities within 3 business days. Once your order is on the way, transit time varies between 2-7 business days with a carrier of our choice. The average turnaround time to receive your order is anywhere between 3-10 business days!


Note: Business days excludes weekends or observed holidays by both the Corporate office and the carriers. During peak seasons, orders may take longer to be processed, but you’ll be notified as soon as your order is on the way!

Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately we can only ship a single order to one destination. If you need to ship products to different recipients, the orders will need to be submitted separately and shipping costs will be calculated per order size against its destination.

What countries do you currently ship to?

We currently only ship within the US and US territories at this time.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

Orders reaching a minimum of $50 or more will ship FREE. If your order is under $50, you’ll simply pay $4.95 as a flat fee!We are currently only shipping within the US at this time. 

How do I track my order?

Once our Fulfillment Center has packed and shipped your order, the status will move from “Pending Fulfillment” over to “Complete”. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a generated tracking ID number once it has been generated.


You can also retrieve this tracking number by logging into your account at www.epiones.com (or myepiones.com if you’re shopping through a Distributor) and going to “My Account” > “My Orders”.

Can you ship products to my state?

Epiones products contain 0.0% THC, therefore, is federally legal to be shipped to all 50 states within the US, including US territories!


Note: Local statutes are still catching up to the federal system and sales of CBD products are not yet observed in select states. Please check your local state laws to ensure that the distribution of CBD is allowed. 

Are taxes charged in my state?

Yes! Epiones is tax compliant at the county and state level. Tax will be calculated at the time of checkout based on where your order will be shipped.

What is your Returns Policy?

If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee return policy! Simply mail back your order with your order number to be refunded on the price paid on the item, less shipping, at the time of checkout. All returns can be shipped with the United States Postal Service to the following mailing address:

Shipping is not refunded except in pre-approved circumstances by our Claims Department. To inquire about this, please email us at hello@epiones.com with your reason to return your item.

Questions about Hemp and CBD

What is CBD and what does it do?

CBD, short for Cannabidiol, is just one of many chemical compounds, known as cannabinoids, within the hemp plant. Each cannabinoid within the plant is associated with different wellness benefits. Our CBD Full Spectrum aims to maintain all cannabinoids to provide the maximum effect but with the specific removal of THC (0.0%) to prevent any psychoactive effects.

What is CBD oil?

CBD oil is a natural oil extracted from the hemp plant intended to serve various therapeutic relief. It can be incorporated into finished product categories to provide different methods of ingestion, potency of relief (varies by dosage volume), and the speed of absorption.

What is hemp oil, and is it different from CBD?

Both hemp oil and CBD oils are extracted from different parts of the cannabis plants to serve different purposes. CBD is used for general therapeutic relief whereas hemp oil, lacking in cannabinoids, is generally used in food items skincare (beauty) products.

What does Full Spectrum mean?

CBD is typically categorized by levels of purity against other cannabinoids found within the hemp plant, which can be stripped during the extraction process. Each cannabinoid is a compound found within the hemp plant that can offer its own set of potential health benefits; CBD is only one of many. Listed in order of lowest to highest level of efficacy, CBD is often referred to as Isolate, Broad Spectrum, or Full Spectrum. 


Epiones utilizes only CBD Full-Spectrum 0.0% THC to maximize results for relief.

Does CBD have an expiration date or shelf life?

CBD itself does not have an expiration date, but CBD-infused products may have different recommended shelf life. To enjoy its effects in the way that the manufacturers have designed, we highly advise using a product sooner rather than later. In addition, we recommend storing them in an airtight and sealed location at cool to room temperature and removed from direct sun exposure.

Product Information

Does EPIONES use organic hemp?

Epiones products are certified as organic crop sourced within US premium farms in addition to being tested by 3rd party verified labs for pesticides, harsh chemicals, and heavy metals.

How do EPIONES products become ZERO-THC?

Our CBD Full Spectrum oil is produced using cold-pressed CO2 extraction method that targets the removal of THC specifically. This method gives us control over the cannabinoids we want to maintain to provide full efficacy while providing a 0.0% THC product.

What is nanoemulsion?

Our CBD is offered using nanoemulsion as a delivery method to increase bioavailability, the percentage of CBD absorbed into the bloodstream. Using water-soluble CBD that are nanosized, our products will work faster regardless of the preferred method of ingestion.

Why do you use MCT as your base carrier oil?

MCT helps break down cannabinoids within the system to better assist with faster and more efficient absorption! In addition, MCT has been found by some studies to help with cognitive functions, which is always a plus.

Does your product contain THC?

Our CBD oils are completely non-detect and contain 0.0% THC. While traces of up to 0.3% THC is considered the legal limit, we’ve exacted an extraction process that targets the removal of THC completely from our oils to provide the highest form of relief without the induced high.

Are there lab results available for your CBD?

Of course! To ensure consistency in each and every batch of incoming components and superiority of finished goods, we partner with a 3rd party testing laboratory based in Long Beach, CA, named BelCosta Labs.


Each Certificate of Analysis (COA) can be tracked on each product page and a scannable QR code can be found on each product package to redirect you to the online analysis or check the overview by clicking here.

Will the use of EPIONES CBD show up on a drug test?

Our CBD contains 0.0% THC, which means that it is completely stripped of psychoactive components and should not affect a drug test, however, each drug tests vary as to what compounds are being analyzed, so we are unable to make any guarantees regarding use of our products and drug tests.

How should I store my EPIONES products?

Epiones CBD products are best stored at room temperature and out of direct sunlight and resealed after each use. If any of your products have gone through a warm or hot transit, simply pop it into the refrigerator to cool it down.

Dosage & Usage Guidelines

How many servings does my bottle of CBD oil contain?

Most of our Oil Tinctures and Sense Rollers are designed to last a month with 1 recommended serving per day. However, CBD oil is a natural oil and is safe to use as often as you see fit. Based on the preferred frequency, serving count may vary.

What is the oil amount delivered in one dropper?

Our Oil Tinctures hold 1 ounce per bottle, which is equivalent to about 30ml per bottle. Each dropper administers roughly 1ml of oil!

How much do I take?

Though we post a recommended serving size, dosage and frequency will vary from one individual to the next, depending on your reason for taking CBD. If you’ve never used CBD before, It’s best to start low and gradually increase dosage until desired result is reached. It may take some testing to determine the right amount to fit your needs.

Can you take too much CBD oil? Are there any side effects to taking CBD oil?

CBD is a natural chemical compound found in the hemp plant and safe to administer based on recommendations printed on the instructions. The ingestion of CBD may contribute to an overall calmer state of mind and general relief of stress and irritants. Please consult with your physician to see how it can help you and if there’s a recommended dosage that works best for you!

Can I take EPIONES CBD products with my medications?

Please consult with your physician before using our products if you are on medication.

Can I use while pregnant and breastfeeding?

Please consult with your physician before using our products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Can I use CBD on pets or young children?

While CBD is a completely natural chemical compound, we advise consulting with a health professional that is familiar with the recipient and one who has knowledge treating symptoms using natural home remedies such as CBD.

How do I use EPIONES CBD products?

We offer a few different categories containing pharmaceutical-grade CBD that is designed to offer therapeutic relief! Depending on your preference and needs, our CBD products can be applied or ingested in a few different ways! Check out the directions below and adjust dosage and frequency for desired results: 


CBD Oil Tincture: Fill the dropper, administer the oil under your tongue and hold it there for 60-90 seconds to allow for absorption before swallowing.


CBD Topical Cream: Massage a small amount to skin’s affected area as needed throughout the day.


CBD Essentials Oil Bath Bomb: Fill tub with hot water, drop in your bath bomb and let dissolve. For best results, allow yourself at least 30 minutes to soak and enjoy the full effects of the CBD and Essential oils.

myEpiones Distributor Questions

Are there training materials available?

Yes! All training documents sit online through your Back Office’s Resource Center, available to print or refer back to any time, anywhere!

Is there a cost to become a myEpiones Distributor?

To sign up as a myEpiones Distributor, it’ll only cost $20 per year (cancel anytime)!

Is there a minimum that I have to sell?

No minimum sales quota is needed to begin earning your 25% in personal sales commissions. As long as you’re paying the $20 annual fee, you’ll be viewed as a myEpiones Distributor!

How often do myEpiones Distributor get paid?

myEpiones Distributors receive weekly sales commissions released to their online wallet. Team/downline commissions are issued at the end of every month.


Once funds are available, you can apply them toward your personal orders or initiate a payout anytime through PayPal. PayPal transfers are issued every Friday! Note: If your wallet exceeds $1000, we will automatically pay out any surplus amount to your PayPal. 

How much can I earn as a myEpiones Distributor?

myEpiones Distributors earn 25% in personal sales commissions for online orders and anywhere between 2-20% on each downline Team levels (pays up to 8 levels deep) depending on your closing Level each calendar month!
